Some time ago, I was stuck in a rut. I was eating whatever I could grab on the go, skipping workouts, and running on fumes. My energy was shot, my confidence was low, and I felt like I was constantly behind. I was sitting at 21% body fat, and honestly, I didn’t care much—until one day, I looked in the mirror and didn’t like what I saw.
I looked tired. Not just physically, but emotionally. I didn’t feel sharp, focused, or in control. I realized that neglecting my health wasn’t just affecting me—it was hurting everything I cared about. My relationships, my future, and my ability to show up fully for the people who mattered most.
It hit me:
If I can’t take care of myself, how can I take care of anyone else?
It starts with my health.
That moment flipped a switch. I committed to turning things around—not just for me, but for my family and future.
I cleaned up my eating, simplified my fitness routine, and got serious. Over time, I dropped down to 13% body fat. But more than that, I felt alive again. Focused. Energized. Like I was finally becoming the man I was meant to be.
